Garage Floors – We offer a full line of new or replacement flooring for any size garage floor.  Do you have a sturdy garage with a broken floor?  The concrete flooring can be replaced without changing the integrity of the building.  Any size garage, large or small.  If you are building a brand new garage, then give us a call and we can get entire job completed.  A garage may not be living space to your home, but it is a very important investment for extra storage, summer living and of course, your car.

Basement Floors – whether you are building a brand new home or in need of replacing an old floor, a concrete floor is one of the best investments you can make.  Basements provide inexpensive space for a variety of purposes, from a family room or entertainment center to an office.

Handicap Entrance Ramps – If your business or home needs to be handicapped accessible, we can provide a safe entrance that will last for years.  One of our more recent concrete handicapped ramps are at the National Shrine of Our Lady of Victory in Lackawanna, New York.

Residential & Commercial Flatwork – over the more than 30 years in business, we have done various flatwork for many homebuilders, municipalities, schools, churches and utility companies throughout Western New York.  Unique concrete flatwork like an ice skating rink or sports court are just some of the projects that Southern Tier Construction can do for you.

Trench Foundations, Footers and Blockwork –Under every house, addition or garage is a foundation, and under most foundations are footings.  For typical soils, a common 16- or 20-inch-wide footing can more than handle the relatively light weight of an ordinary home. A home or building’s foundation is in direct contact with the ground and joins the building’s structure with the underlying zone of soil or rock.  The foundation’s job is to transfer the structure’s load to the underlying soil or rock, without excessive movement or settlement. If you are planning a home addition, new garage or even a new porch or patio, along with the flatwork, give us a call to install a new foundation before you begin you project.
